In this capacity, he is deeply engaged in advising clients on complex financial, tax, and structural matters, with a particular emphasis on estate planning, business succession and planning, and the optimization of overall tax efficiency. His approach is analytical and solutions-oriented, focused on aligning sophisticated planning strategies with each client’s broader financial objectives.
A Certified Public Accountant and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Mr. Vaughn brings a multidisciplinary perspective to client engagements, grounded in both technical rigor and practical application. He maintains a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, ensuring his advice reflects current regulatory frameworks, evolving tax law, and best-in-class planning methodologies. In addition, he leads the VH CPA division, where he works closely with corporate and institutional clients to deliver comprehensive accounting and tax advisory services at an enterprise level.
